PROJECT: Benefis Womens' & Children's Center

ROLE: Creative direction and design

The Benefis interactive wall is a permanent installation conceived by Float4, for the new Benefis Women’s and Children’s Center, in Great Falls, Montana. I was invited to provide creative direction and design for two video experiences. The first environment is a river filled with colourful trouts, that the user can attract. The second environment is a forest with falling leaves and pine cones, that can follow the user’s movement and silhouette. Both experiences play alternately, in the clinic’s waiting room, where kids can interact and play with the animations. It’s an intuitive, contemplative and comforting experience, that recalls Montana’s nature, engages kids as well as adults, and makes waiting moments much more fun!
